RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND POCILY

Dear valued customer, before purchasing product from RAWHAIRVIETNAM co., please spend few minutes to read our policy about the return/exchange and refund conditions for all of our products.

As the commitment in our business, we are giving some conditions for exchange/return products within 4 days after you received the goods as mark in shipment. So please check carefully and notice us right the moment you found out our products do not meet your requires within 4 days upon receiving goods. After that date, all the requests might not be accepted.

RAWHAIRVIETNAM will do the exchange/return, but not paying for the shipping fee, except some cases as:

  1. The hair is naturally tangle (not by customer’s uses). Please follow our guide how to take care of curly/wavy hair.
  2. The machine wefts are poor make the hair falling from bundles.
  3. Our products is wrong patterns, the length, textures, quality, color does not like as the description.
  4. Customer received a multi-item delivery with some item missing. Please check all the status and comment of your shipment. Then you should contact us as soon as possible tell us which items are missing after you got the hair within 2 days. If it’s the RAWHAIRVIETNAM’s staff by do a mistake we will send you the rest items immediately. If it’s the courier company’s fault, we will have to wait for the decision of the courier company about whether they accept the claim and will provide compensation in some ways. If customer reported us too late (after 4 days receive the hair), we don’t accept the claim and cannot send you compensation.

 As above, if you did not receive the product on the date that marked in shipment status in 2 days since, please contact to us immediately. We will check with the courier company’s staff about your shipment status. If the courier reported as a lost/stolen item problem from them, we and the courier company will provide compensation coming from both for customer as long as customer contact RAWHAIRVIETNAM in 2 days. After the date, we don’t accept the claim. For more, if customer provided wrong address and the package has been lost to somewhere, we do not take responsible for that.

RAWHAIRVIETNAM will not accept Return/Exchange due to some cases:

  1. Customer did used, damaged, cutting, dyed, washed the product in some ways before let us know the product status.
  2. Customer wants to change the textures, the quality, the colors, pattern without any notice to us.
  3. Customer doesn’t follow the instructions properly, causing damage to the goods.
  4. Customer changes the minds, disagree with the commitment we made before purchasing products. 
  5. Want to get the hair soon and simply doesn’t want to wait anymore because our products might take long time to make and send to customer (normally 7-10 days).
  • Products must be returned to us within 4 days from the day it was authorized for an exchange or return. After 4 days, we will assume that the products are satisfactory and no exchange is necessary.
  • Please contact us first for any problem you met, we will try our best to solve them. If your problem can’t be solve, we will be happy to accept it and add your name in our refund system and the goods might be stay with you or will be return to us as our conventions.
  •   Return request without communication or after 4 days upon receiving goods will be rejected.
